Everything but the Bottle
Founded by sisters Michelle Juergens and Krista Hepp, Everything but the Bottle began with a simple question: Why is it so hard to find quality ingredients for a great drink?
The idea began on a bourbon tour with a simple mocktail. Krista loved the mocktail so much, but was disappointed that she couldn't find the ingredients locally to make it at home. They realized there wasn't a local shop dedicated to the syrups, bitters, garnishes, and ingredients that make drinks memorable. So, they created one themselves.

The space is thoughtfully designed to feel like a stylish mid-century modern home, complete with a welcoming kitchen and bar, cozy lounge, and curated library.
