Second Friday Celebration of the Arts

Friday, June 9th 2023 | Oxford Community Arts Center

Every Second Friday of the month, Oxford Community Arts Center celebrates new art exhibitions in their three gallery spaces with a complimentary wine bar, free hors d'oeuvres, and a free performance.

Middletown Food Truck Fridays

Friday, June 9th 2023 & Friday, June 23rd, 2023 | Lefferson Park

Every other Friday, you can enjoy food trucks in Lefferson Park in Middletown! Listen to live music and let the kids participate in fun activities run by Midtown Library. Park equipment will be available for playing pickleball, basketball, and baseball.

Old Fashioned Strawberry Festival

Saturday, June 10th 2023 | Downtown Shandon

Everyone loves strawberries, right? Well, the community of Shandon sure does. They celebrate everything strawberry the second Saturday in June every year during the Old Fashioned Strawberry Festival. 

The Strawberry Festival features local vendors and artists, an antique tractor show, fresh refreshments and produce, traditional live Welsh harp music and live organ music. Explore Shandon's diverse antique heritage by visiting local shops in historic houses that feature antiques, country crafts, original art, pottery and furniture. Don't miss the antique car show at Salty Dog Museum from 8AM-4PM and catch a ride in an antique fire engine!

The Community House, the site of the 1825 Welsh Church, houses a picnic style supper with a menu full of fresh strawberries, homemade shortcakes and delicious ice cream. Other culinary tastings typically include Shandon's traditional hot pressed chicken and savory pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, homemade pies and more.

Hamilton Flea

This urban, curated market features a wide variety of local artisans who specialize in handcrafted goods and unique, high-quality services. Food trucks are on site for when hunger strikes! Spend some time supporting local businesses and experience Hamilton, Ohio in a unique way.

Gary LeVox Concert

Jungle Jim's International Craft Beer Festival

Friday, June 16th - Saturday, June 17th 2023 | The Oscar Station

Jungle Jim’s International Craft Beer Festival will showcase hundreds of beers from more than 100 different breweries. Festivalgoers will find beers from all over the world, local and regional favorites, along with craft beers and hard ciders. This isn’t just a celebration of beer, but a celebration of beer culture. Go for the beer and stay for the camaraderie, share your favorites or find some new ones.

Summer Equinox Night Hike

Middletown Pride

5th annual Middletown PRIDE celebration is set for Friday, June 23rd. The signature pride ride kicking things off for a night full of acceptance, love and celebration.

Touch a Truck 

Friday, June 30th 2023 | Village Green Park

Equipment will be on display for children and adults to get a close-up look at the vehicles used around the city. Individuals of all ages can touch, honk and climb on the many vehicles that you see around the City. You might see a fire truck, an ambulance, construction trucks, snowplows, dump trucks, police cruisers, farm equipment, the Bookmobile and many more vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

"SENSORY SENSITIVE HOUR"
A horns-free hour from 9 - 10 a.m. for children and families who want to experience the event without any loud distractions.
