Introducing: Tiny Bistro!
A Tiny Shop with a Big Heart
Liz Glover, owner of Tiny Bistro, would drive past the small wooden building on Dixie Highway all the time, dreaming of starting her own business in the cute little building. When she saw the 'For Sale' sign in front of the building, she knew she had to take her chances and inquired about buying it. Shortly after, the building officially belonged to Liz.

Liz knew that she wanted to name her business ___ Tiny, but she found the missing word from the brand and building colors: black and white. Liz tells us that she when she thinks of the colors black and white, she imagines a bistro. Thus, Tiny Bistro was born!
From the beginning, Liz knew that she wanted to specialize in hot dogs because "It's an all-American food, and everyone loves hot dogs," she tells us.
There are 5 specialty hot dogs on the menu all named after Liz's granddaughters: Leyanna, Isabella, Lauren, Adaline, and Lola. Each of the speciality hot dogs reflects their personality.
"If you eat a Lauren and it's a plain Jane, that means she doesn't like anything on her hot dog," says Liz.
