The biking routes were created and are managed by the Cincinnati Off-Road Alliance (CORA).

This park is free to the public and they offer watercraft rentals at the VOA Lake and Wheelhouse. Their new adaptive kayak launch utilizes a series of ramps, handrails and platforms to assist those with varying mobility needs to launch canoes, kayaks and other hand-powered watercraft into the VOA Lake.
