This unique performance is recommended for all ages. 

Performances are Friday December 18 at 8pm, Saturday December 19 at 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday December 20 at 2pm.

Master Class

Master Class by Terrence McNally is a bold, theatrical homage to opera legend Maria Callas. Set in a music conservatory, the play captures Callas at the end of her career as she conducts a master class with three aspiring singers. Featuring soaring live performances of iconic arias from operas by Verdi, Puccini, and Bellini, this electrifying drama is a powerful exploration of sacrifice, artistry, and the high price of greatness. These performances are recommended for ages 13 and up.

Pippin

Pippin is a bold, theatrical musical that follows a young prince on his quest to find purpose and meaning in life. This musical is a high-energy journey through fantasy and reality that dares its hero and its audience to ask what truly makes a life extraordinary. The show deals with mature themes, war, and death and is recommended for ages 13 and up.

The Nance

A bold, heartfelt comedy/drama set in 1930s New York, where burlesque and politics collide. The Nance explores identity, repression, and the fight for dignity with unflinching honesty. This play deals with mature themes, gay & political issues and suggestive humor of the era and is recommended for ages 16 and up.

Performances are Friday June 26 at 8pm, Saturday June 27 at 2pm and 8pm, and Sunday June 28 at 2pm.

You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown

Kick off the 2026 season of Lyric Theatre at the Sorg with the musical, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, presented by Middletown Lyric Theatre! The classic Peanuts gang sing, dance, laugh and play together in this fun-filled production perfect for kids and kids-at-heart to enjoy!
