The arrival of spring and the start of May brings a new event to downtown Hamilton--Maifest, a German-style celebration of all things spring! Local artisan vendors will be sharing their handmade goods as a part of the 1st Second Saturday event of the season, and local breweries including Pour House, The Casual Pint, and Municipal Brew Works will offer great beer, food, and festive music throughout the day. Come for the stein-hoisting event and stay for the community celebration of German food, drink and spirit!

Celebrate the grand opening of the USS Cincinnati Peace Pavilion at the VOA park in West Chester! Learn more about the open-air, full-size replica through guided tours and also enjoy free craft activities and food trucks as you learn the history of the Cold War era nuclear submarine. Real components donated by the US Navy from the sub were incorporated into the replica, commemorating the sub which spent 18 years at sea.

Visit the historic 1817 McKeen-Hershner Log House, also known as Monument Cabin, on the banks of the Great Miami River in Hamilton as a part of your celebrations of American history during the 250th semiquincentennial anniversary of the United States.

June 1 - July 31: Fridays 12-2PM, Saturdays 10AM - 2PM, and Sundays 12-2PM
